BAD's Video Performance Analysis and Personal Conditioning Coach Program

As strength and conditioning professionals we feel that it is our obligation to be accessible to all athletes in an attempt to provide effective and safe exercise prescriptions to maximize their athletic performance.  If you want to be the best you can’t afford to pass up this opportunity.

By viewing an athlete during competition and while performing a couple of specific movement patterns we are able to detect inefficient movement patterns and compensations as well as strengths and imbalances that when corrected will produce a stronger, faster and more powerful athlete.  It is not uncommon to see these imbalances/ compensations in all athletes at every level.    Our training methods are proven to be effective and designed according to the latest scientific research.    When you are working hard to reach your highest level of play, your time and effort should not be wasted.  Therefore, investing in your athletic future should start with Better Athletic Development's Video Performance Analysis and Personal Conditioning Coach Program!

Performance and Specific Movement Requirements:

  • At least 30 minutes of game footage (preferably close-up and from different angles) in VHS or DVD format only

Video of the following 4 exercises: (click exercise to see demo)

  • Overhead Squat (front and side view in stocking feet not on carpet)

  • In-Line Lunge (front and side view)

  • Supine Straight Leg Stretch (side view)

  • Bird Dog (front view)

What You Can Expect:

  • A Personal Blueprint Report outlining your strengths, weaknesses, movement issues and compensations as well as our Director of Sports Conditioning's recommendations

  • A personalized, sport specific, position specific conditioning program (includes DVD, computerized workout plan and training log)

  • Program will address all aspects of conditioning: speed, agility, balance, flexibility, strength, power and endurance for your appropriate season (in-season, off-season, pre-season)

  • The Performance Edge monthly newsletter containing research based, up to date conditioning and nutrition information from the field
